The BREEAM In-Use Assessment Process:

  2. Pre-Assessment – Initial review of the asset’s current performance

  4. Assessment Submission – Compilation of evidence and questionnaire responses

  5. Assessor Verification – Formal review of the submitted documentation

  6. BRE Submission & Audit – BRE conducts quality assurance
